Details: The Fruit Fly Ninja is the most effective solution against fruit flies. The Ninja successfully simulates a feeding and breeding place, so the fruit flies crawl in quickly, but subsequently they cannot find the exit anymore. The attractant is a natural liquid which only contains food products and is completely non-toxic. The tape on the back of the Ninja makes it possible to place it conveniently out of sight and close to the nuisance. The Fruit Fly Ninja lasts up to three weeks once opened. The Fruit Fly Ninja is highly effective against fruit flies (Drosophila) but doesn’t catch fungus gnats (Sciaridae). If you encounter little black flies in your house which appear predominantly around potted plants, then these flies are likely fungus gnats and not fruit flies. If you have a pest of fungus gnats please consider ordering our Plant Fly Ninja instead.
